In the forests of Indonesia, majestic trees have been preserved beneath layers of volcanic sediment over hundreds of year. The organic process of permineralization transform them from wood to rock, leaving behind fossils ringed in gorgeous earthen hues. The sheer weight and density of the stone can be bit surprising. Bowl is available in natural formation. These bowls have been hand processed to be functioning as well as decorative. Size, shape, & color vary per bowl.
